Strawberry Tart
Ingredients
- 90g icing sugar
- 200mL fresh cream
- 1 shortbread crust
- 20g lemon zest
- 5g sliced basil
Directions
- Bake the shortbread crust in a pie mold for 25mm at 180°C, set aside until it cools down
- In a bowl, mix the cream with the icing sugar until the texture hardens
- Transfer this cream into your cooled-down dough, and sprinkle with lemon zest
- Add the strawberries in a flower pattern, sprinkle the basil leaves (you can add powdered icing sugar on top for aesthetics)
- Leave in the fridge for 2h and indulge!
