Strawberry Tart

Ingredients

  • 90g icing sugar
  • 200mL fresh cream
  • 1 shortbread crust
  • 20g lemon zest
  • 5g sliced basil

Directions

  1. Bake the shortbread crust in a pie mold for 25mm at 180°C, set aside until it cools down
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream with the icing sugar until the texture hardens
  3. Transfer this cream into your cooled-down dough, and sprinkle with lemon zest
  4. Add the strawberries in a flower pattern, sprinkle the basil leaves (you can add powdered icing sugar on top for aesthetics)
  5. Leave in the fridge for 2h and indulge!
