My Mom’s Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 110g brown sugar
- 100g white sugar
- 225g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 110g butter
- 260g chocolate chips
- vanilla from one bean (optional)
Directions
- Beat the butter, vanilla, sugar, and the egg until you obtain a moussy texture
- Add the sifted flour and the baking powder, mix with a spatula
- Incorporate the chocolate chips
- Refrigirate your dough for at least one hour
- Preheat oven at 180°C (356F)
- Make some small balls with your hand, and add them to a non-stick baking tray
- Cook for 12 minutes!
Your cookies will be chewy inside and crunchy outside!
