Banana, Chocolate Chip, and Walnut Muffin

Ingredients

  • 200g sugar
  • 190g flour
  • 120g butter
  • 120g crushed walnuts
  • 100g chocolate chip (optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions  

  1. Preheat oven at 180°C (356F)
  2. In a bowl, mix the sugar and the butter 
  3. Add the egg yolks and crushed bananas
  4. Beat the egg white seperatly until they are firm enough
  5. Add the sifted flour and baking powder, and mix well
  6. Add the chocolate chips and crushed walnuts
  7. Delicately incorporate the egg whites into the mixture, one third at a time
  8. Bake for 30 minutes!
