Banana, Chocolate Chip, and Walnut Muffin
Ingredients
- 200g sugar
- 190g flour
- 120g butter
- 120g crushed walnuts
- 100g chocolate chip (optional)
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- Preheat oven at 180°C (356F)
- In a bowl, mix the sugar and the butter
- Add the egg yolks and crushed bananas
- Beat the egg white seperatly until they are firm enough
- Add the sifted flour and baking powder, and mix well
- Add the chocolate chips and crushed walnuts
- Delicately incorporate the egg whites into the mixture, one third at a time
- Bake for 30 minutes!
