Steak
Ingredients
- 250g any type steak
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 table spoon paprika
- 1 table spoon rosemary
- 1 tea spoon garlic salt
- 1/2 table spoon cumin (optional)
- olive oil
- 1 tea spoon butter
Directions
- Mix the spices together in a small bowl to create a rub
- Rub the spices on all sides of the steak
- Add enough oil in the pan to cover its surface, and heat on medium-to-low heat until the oil is no longer viscous
- Add the steak, add a slice of butter on top (optional), cover, and cook for 5 minutes
- Uncover, turn steak around, and cook for an additional 4 minutes
- Cook the sides of the steak for one minute each
