Salmon Teriyaki

Ingredients  

  • 2 fresh salmon fillets (with skin on)
  • 2 tablespoons of soya sauce
  • 1 table spoon ponzu (or lemon juice)
  • 1 table spoon of honey (or brown sugar) 
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 table spoon of sesame oil

Directions

Batter: 

  1. In a bowl, combine seasonings and salmon, and marinate for a minimum of two hours
  2. Preheat oven at 200°C (392F)
  3. Place salmon in aluminium foil with skin down and close like a candy wrap (papilotte)
  4. Cook in oven for 12 minutes
  5. Open aluminium and sprinkle with sesame seeds
  6. Eat with rice, vegetables, or anything you like!
