Salmon Teriyaki
Ingredients
- 2 fresh salmon fillets (with skin on)
- 2 tablespoons of soya sauce
- 1 table spoon ponzu (or lemon juice)
- 1 table spoon of honey (or brown sugar)
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1 table spoon of sesame oil
Directions
Batter:
- In a bowl, combine seasonings and salmon, and marinate for a minimum of two hours
- Preheat oven at 200°C (392F)
- Place salmon in aluminium foil with skin down and close like a candy wrap (papilotte)
- Cook in oven for 12 minutes
- Open aluminium and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Eat with rice, vegetables, or anything you like!
