Couscous Salad

Ingredients  

  • 150g small grain couscous
  • 100g cut sun-dried tomatoes
  • 100g corn
  • 120g cheddar cubes
  • 100g green olives, cut
  • olive Oil
  • salt, pepper
  • Herbes de Provence

Directions

  1. Cook the couscous grain, and let it cool down, set aside
  2. Add the corn, sundried tomatoes, olives, and cheese
  3. Season with Herbes de Provence, salt, pepper, and olive oil
