Couscous Salad
Ingredients
- 150g small grain couscous
- 100g cut sun-dried tomatoes
- 100g corn
- 120g cheddar cubes
- 100g green olives, cut
- olive Oil
- salt, pepper
- Herbes de Provence
Directions
- Cook the couscous grain, and let it cool down, set aside
- Add the corn, sundried tomatoes, olives, and cheese
- Season with Herbes de Provence, salt, pepper, and olive oil
