Saag Paneer my Way
Ingredients
- 250g paneer
- 500g of baby spinach leaves
- 400mL coconut milk
- 1 table spoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of grated garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 box of Tandoori Masala from Shaan Masala
- 10 cloves
Directions
- In a bowl, combine 1 table spoon of olive oil, half of the Tandoori spice packet, the lemon juice, and the paneer cut in cubes
- Heat olive oil in a pot, and sauté the garlic paste
- Add the marinated paneer and the cloves to the pot and cook on high heat until the paneer becomes golden
- Add the spinach leaves and cook for 5 minutes on high heat
- Add the coconut milk and 10cL of boiled water
- Cook for 20 minutes or until water has reduced to half its volume
- Ready to eat with chapati or rice!
