Rekakat, the lebanese cheese rolls
Ingredients:
- 200g soft goat’s cheese
- 1 table spoon of sesame seeds
- 1 table spoon of honey
- spring roll pastry sheet
- neutral oil for frying
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix the cheese, honey, and sesame seeds
- Add the mixture to your spring roll pastry and roll (close the borders with lukewarm water)
- Deep fry until golden brown, and enjoy!
