Paneer Tikka Masala

Ingredients  

  • 250g paneer, cut in cubes
  • 500g of baby spinach leaves
  • 1 large Russet potatoe
  • 150g of shredded chicken
  • 1 can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 500mL of fresh cream
  • 30g of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of grated garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 box of Tikka Masala from Shaan Masala
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot, and sauté the garlic paste, the ginger paste, and the onions until golden brown
  2. Add the paneer and the masala and cook on high heat until the paneer becomes golden
  3. Add the potatoes and chicken and sauté for 5 minutes
  4. Add the crushed tomatoes, and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat or until sauce thickens
  5. Add about 30cL of boiled water and the spinach
  6. Cook for 20 minutes or until water has reduced to half its volume
  7. Add the cream, butter, and salt, stop the heat, stir well
  8. Ready to eat with chapati or rice!
