Paneer Tikka Masala
Ingredients
- 250g paneer, cut in cubes
- 500g of baby spinach leaves
- 1 large Russet potatoe
- 150g of shredded chicken
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 500mL of fresh cream
- 30g of butter
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon of grated garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 box of Tikka Masala from Shaan Masala
- Salt
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a pot, and sauté the garlic paste, the ginger paste, and the onions until golden brown
- Add the paneer and the masala and cook on high heat until the paneer becomes golden
- Add the potatoes and chicken and sauté for 5 minutes
- Add the crushed tomatoes, and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat or until sauce thickens
- Add about 30cL of boiled water and the spinach
- Cook for 20 minutes or until water has reduced to half its volume
- Add the cream, butter, and salt, stop the heat, stir well
- Ready to eat with chapati or rice!
