Cornbread
Ingredients
- 120g corn flour
- 120g wheat flour
- 170g granulated sugar
- 240mL buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 110g butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- salt
Directions
- Preheat your oven at 150˚C (302˚F), and prepare aside a baking tray that is buttered
- Melt the butter in a pot, set aside
- Beat the eggs, sugar, and butter unitl you obtain a moussy texture
- Add the buttermilk, beat for 5mn vigorously
- Add the corn flour, wheat flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the mixture
- Mix for another 5mn
- Place the mixture in the tray, bake for about 40mn!
