Cheese Choux
Ingredients
- 150g flour
- 4 eggs
- 250g grated emmental
- 10cL water
- 15cL whole milk
- 80g butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- pepper
Directions
- In a pot boil the water, the milk, the butter, and the salt. Turn off the heat as soon as the mixture boils.
- Add the sifted flour as a whole in the pot, and stir energetically.
- Add the eggs one at a time, and wait for the egg to be fully mixed in before adding the other next one.
- Add the cheese, salt, and pepper, stir well.
- With a spoon, shape the choux, and deep fry them in oil OR bake in oven for 25 minutes at 180C (356F).
