Caramel
Ingredients (500g)
- 450g sugar
- 4 table spoons water
Directions
Cake:
- Mix water and sugar at medium heat in a sauce pan, make sure there is no sugar on the border of the pan.
- Wait until the mixture boils, and lower the heat a little.
- You can turn off the heat when your caramel has reached your desired color (light or darker).
