Caramel

Ingredients (500g)

  • 450g sugar 
  • 4 table spoons water

Directions

Cake: 

  1. Mix water and sugar at medium heat in a sauce pan, make sure there is no sugar on the border of the pan.
  2. Wait until the mixture boils, and lower the heat a little.
  3. You can turn off the heat when your caramel has reached your desired color (light or darker).
